BACCHANALIA ROOM POLICIES BACCHANALIA
Bacchus Food & Spirits Bacchanalia room seats up to 12 comfortably. The Bacchanalia room is semi-private. Curtains maybe drawn only with management approval and all individuals carry a valid, pictured ID proving they are at least 21 years of age. After 10 p.m., Bacchus Food & Spirits is 21 and over with valid, pictured ID only.

GUARANTEES
In order to reserve the Bacchanalia Room exclusively at Bacchus Food & Spirits, there is a Food & Beverage minimum. If you do not have exclusive use of the room, we have the option to seat other guests in this room or seat your party in the main dining room.

DEPOSIT
As reflected in the Bacchus Food & Spirits Bacchanalia Room Agreement, Bacchus Food & Spirits requires a 50% deposit by company check, cash or credit card to secure your booking. Without a deposit and a signed Bacchus Food & Spirits Bacchanalia Room Agreement, your booking is considered tentative. Upon receiving the method of payment for deposit, your event is confirmed and guaranteed. All deposits received will be applied to your final bill.

PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the conclusion of your event. We accept all major credit cards and company checks.

ROOM MINIMUMS
Lunch, Tuesday through Friday, is a $250 Food & Beverage minimum. Dinner, Tuesday through Thursday, is a $650 Food & Beverage minimum and Friday and Saturday evening is an $850 Food & Beverage minimum. Food & Beverage minimums and prix-fixe menus are exclusive of service charge and sales tax.

SERVICE CHARGE & SALES TAX
Bacchus Food & Spirits service charge is 18% of the sub-total of your bill. Sales tax is 7.375% and applicable to the sub-total.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES FEES
We are happy to provide a number of additional services to make your event planning more expeditious. Corkage, Cake Cutting, Floral Arrangements and Audio-Visuals are among the many services we can provide. These services are not to be included in the Food & Beverage minimum requirements. We will be happy to provide any assistance to ensure that your details are met with precision. Our Management staff will provide the necessary information for costs of additional services.

CANCELLATION
Your deposit is refundable in full if your party is cancelled up to 5 business days prior to the scheduled event. Any cancellation less than 5 business days prior to the scheduled event will be subject to charge of the deposit rendered. Minimum charge, service charge and tax will be applied to no show parties.
